What we collect

What you give us when you book or write to us: name, identity document when lodging law requires it, email, phone, stay dates, room, number of guests, any travel preferences you share, and payment details processed by the booking engine (this website does not store card numbers).

Why

To manage your booking and stay, meet tourism and invoicing duties, answer your messages and, only if you ask, follow up on an open booking or enquiry. We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

Who else sees it

Only providers strictly needed for that booking or message:

• LobbyPMS (booking engine at booking.ranchosanantonio.com.co), which handles availability, payment and the confirmation.
• WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to write to us there.
• Hostinger, which hosts this website.

Each processes data under its own terms or processor role. Nothing else is shared.

How long

For as long as the stay relationship lasts and as long as accounting, tax and tourism rules require. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to sales@ranchosanantonio.com.co or on WhatsApp. We will answer within the deadlines in Law 1581 of 2012. You may also complain to Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

This website

Public pages are static. The thank-you page after payment receives a booking summary by POST and does not store it on the server. Preferences such as 4K mode or the cover’s day/night band stay only in your browser.

Changes

If this policy changes in substance, we update it here with the date. Version of 29 October 2026.
